Please take a few moments to review our policies below. This may save you from unnecessary future problems.
Note: Kom Kare Company can only sell to licensed practitioners. If you are a patient please contact your doctor or physical therapist.
HOW TO ORDER
For your convenience Kom Kare has several ways to take your order:
- Online Catalog Order from our secure online catalog: Click on the link to the left or on any Catalog Index link at the sidebar and you will be linked to that category. Then click on the product name to view the product. You may also use the convenient alphabetical Product Index. Each item is listed alphabetically with a link to the item page. To purchase an item just click the "order" button. At this point you can check out or continue shopping by following the prompts. Be sure to read all notes and follow the directions carefully. You can use your credit card with the assurance of complete security . Please enter all the required information for smooth processing of your order.
- Order by phone: Call our toll free number 1-800-273-1768 or 1-513-727-8299 (for local customers within the 513 area code). Our courteous staff is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our answering machine is available to take your order when the office is closed. Orders will be processed the following business day.
- By fax: Our shopping cart system allows you to complete your order online and then fax directly to us. At checkout, select the fax option from the list when prompted. Print the completed order form excluding your credit card information. Add your credit card information and fax to us any time. You can even fax directly from your computer if you have an internal modem. It's that simple and there is no need to send your card number over the internet!
Our 24 hour fax/message center (1-513-727-8408) is available any time for your convenience. Any freight charges and/or taxes that apply will be calculated at checkout.
- By mail: At checkout, select the mail option from the list when prompted. Our shopping cart system allows you to complete your order online and print the order form excluding your credit card number. Just add your credit card information and drop the order in the mail. You also have an option to send a check or money order with your online order form. Just select the appropriate option.

SHIPPING
Kom Kare Company can only ship within the United States.
Our new shopping cart can now automatically calculate shipping charges for your order! This feature will calculate the shipping charge from the UPS rate schedule according to your zip code and the weight of the item. Since the charge is based on weight, even multiple items will be figured correctly.
However, even the most sophisticated shopping carts can't cover all the nuances of shipping, so in some cases we will have to calculate charges manually when we process your order. Please read the notes below.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
- Multiple items may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately.
- With certain items such as pillows and wedges, UPS figures charges based on box size and not always weight. For example, 4 cervical pillows weighing only 2 lbs each (shipped in one box) might be charged the oversize rate equivalent to 30 lbs. Unfortunately, our shopping cart does not calculate for oversized boxes. Shipping charges for oversize packages will be calculated at order processing. The charges shown on your order form may not be accurate for oversized orders. We will notify you with any changes in shipping charges.
- Some items drop shipped from the manufacturer will carry a flat rate for shipping. We simply pass this rate on to the customer. No handling fee is added.
- Certain items such as tables are delivered by truck (no UPS) and in most cases will be freight collect (you will be expected to pay at time of delivery) unless arranged otherwise.
- Inside delivery or setup must be arranged prior to delivery at customers expense.
IMPORTANT! Damages or concealed damage: BEFORE YOU SIGN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY, if there is any indication of damage make a notation to this effect on the freight bill— “Possible Hidden Damage”. CAUTION: Once delivery carrier has a clear receipt for shipment, he and/or Kom Kare Company is no longer responsible for damages. Concealed Loss or Damage: Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the carrier’s agent within fifteen days of the delivery date. Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier’s responsibility. Please follow these instructions carefully for your protection against loss from concealed damage.
Do not return damaged merchandise to us. File your claim as above.

RETURN POLICY
Kom Kare Company will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of invoice date. A return authorization number (RA#) must be issued by Kom Kare Company or the return will not be accepted. Returns must be unmarked, show no signs of wear or abuse, and be in their original sealed containers with all warranty information, manuals, etc. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Third party shipments, special order items, garments, and pillows (unless in sealed package) are not returnable, unless a defect has been determined. In the case of a defect, the product will be replaced. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless merchandise is defective (as determined by manufacturer). Shipping costs are not refundable except for return of defective products (as determined by manufacturer).
Kom Kare Company will honor all valid manufacturer warranties for defective products. Qualified repair service is also available for past warranty products.
