Ibunex and Gluconex are easy to apply, simply apply either topical cream onto fingertips and gently massages onto the application site. The formula quickly absorbs into the skin leaving the area odorless and tack free after it dries.

The delivery system and dosage for Ibunex is a pump bottle with each pump delivering approximately a .2 gram application. A typical application is 1-2 pumps. Each pump delivers approximately; Ibuprofen: 10mg/ pump, Glucosamine Sulfate: 4mg/ pump, Chondroitin Sulfate: 4mg/ pump, Bromelain: 5mg/ pump and MSM: 5mg/ pump.

You may resume all normal activity following application of Ibunex and Gluconex, including exposure to sun, swimming, perspiring, as allowed by the doctor.
