Thermal Core™ Packs and Covers Provide Deep Penetrating Moist Heat Therapy

Designed to be used in a professional setting, Thermal Core Packs help relax sore muscles prior to treatment. The therapeutic moist heat radiating from these packs is more effective at providing deep penetrating heat to tissue than conventional heat packs.
Available in multiple sizes, Thermal Core Packs can be used on the back, neck and extremitites to help relieve pain from arthritis, bursitis, backaches, sprains and strains, muscle soreness, and headaches.

• Sizes: Standard (10" x 12"), Cervical (24" long), Oversize (15" x 24"), Spinal (10" x 18"), Half Size (5" x 12")
• Foam-Filled Terry covers or Standard Terry covers available
• Easy-to-use, immerse in Hydrocollator Heating Unit, then remove and wrap in terry cover and toweling and apply to treatment area
• Provides up to 30 minutes of deep, soothing, moist heat
• Cost effective, provides hundreds of treatments from one Thermal Core pack

To ensure patient safety, Thermal Core Packs should be placed in a protective cover prior to use.

Instructions for Use:

Thermal Core Packs should be heated in 160°F (71°C) water for at least 20 minutes prior to application.

Thermal Core Packs should remain in a heater or water bath after initial use, as the fill material in the packs may distort if previously conditioned packs are allowed to dry completely.

Cleaning your heater without chemicals is most beneficial to pack life. Tanks should be drained and wiped down with a cloth and fresh water. No cleaners! Chemical agents leave residue that will cause premature disintegration of the pack.

For infrequent use, conditioned Thermal Core Packs can be stored in the freezer.
