Phases is an exercise database CD ROM that enable you to custom design exercise programs for your patients.

User friendly Windows® format.
Create customized programs for each patient or design your own pre-saved protocols.
Color photo quality images of both the start and end position of each exercise (will also print in black and white).
Choose a part of the body then combine exercises from a selection of stretches, floor, propriosensory, gym ball, tubing and free weight and set your own parameters.
Print options include a selection of outcome measures, a gym travel card, abbreviated SOAP form for in house rehab, a file summary for the doctor's file and a patient education section.

A visually inviting home screen easily guides the user through the regions of the body. Exercises are color coded for the level of difficulty and are depicted in both the start and end position. Select the desired exercises, set the parameters such as sets, reps and resistance, then just save and print. Choose from the various patient information topics to complete the home care manual.
