The Neckpro™ Overdoor Cervical Traction Device, developed by Dr. Larry Gilliam, M.D., eliminates the bag of water and its trial and error method of traction tension used by conventional home overdoor traction systems. By using a precision made compression spring and a unique ratcheting device, the Neckpro delivers a more precise amount of cervical traction tension. Each ‘click’ of the ratchet signals a 1 lb. (.5 kg) increase in the tension being applied, allowing the patient to monitor and track the settings which provide a positive outcome.
